taki_takip_flutter is a financial management application designed to track gold and currency gifts exchanged during traditional social events (e.g., weddings, engagements). The App provides features including: * Recording of received gifts (debts) and given gifts (receivables). * Integration with live market APIs for real-time valuation of assets such as quarter gold, gram gold, USD, and Euro. * Statistical visualization and activity charts. * Background price synchronization and local data management.

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use as a digital ledger for social financial obligations.

3. User Accounts & Registration

While the App is currently provided as a free service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any local data stored within the App. Since we do not collect personal data or host your data on our private servers, you are solely responsible for managing your records and ensuring they are backed up.

4. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

By using the App, you agree: * You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. The App is not intended for children. * You will provide accurate information when recording transactions. * You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. * You will not attempt to hack, destabilize, or reverse-engineer the App or its API integrations. * You will not use the "share" functionality (via share_plus) to distribute spam or offensive content.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to the "taki_takip_flutter" name, logos, UI design, code, and graphics—are the exclusive property of taki_takip_flutter and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Financial Disclaimer: taki_takip_flutter is a tracking tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. The market valuations provided via third-party APIs are for informational purposes only and may not reflect real-time retail prices or exact exchange rates at your specific location.

"As Is" Basis: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, taki_takip_flutter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from: * Errors or inaccuracies in gift records or market valuations. * Loss of data due to device failure, app deletion, or lack of backup. * Any financial decisions made based on the information provided by the App.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

The App is currently offered as a free service. There are no subscription fees or in-app purchases at this time. We reserve the right to modify our business model in the future, subject to updating these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the application and all associated data from your device.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
